Wrong part ordered I only needed one part replaced; driver side door gasket. Simple, easy peasy. They called, said part was in and scheduled the service. They evidentl I only needed one part replaced; driver side door gasket. Simple, easy peasy. They called, said part was in and scheduled the service. They evidently didn’t check to see if it was the correct part. I came in, waited an hour, only then to be told, bad news. We ordered the wrong part, have to re-order now. I had actually come in and they looked at the car, so they would know, what to order. Not a happy camper. More

Pleasant and knowledgeable service, only one small issue From start to finish everything and everyone was great. My service writer told me it would take from 1 hour to one hour/fifteen minutes for them to r From start to finish everything and everyone was great. My service writer told me it would take from 1 hour to one hour/fifteen minutes for them to run their test. After 1 hour twenty minutes and nothing I went to find my service writer. I was told he went home to deal with family issue and another writer quickly looked up my test results, gave me my key and sent me on my way. It would seem another writer should have been assigned the cars from the writer who went home. Don't know how long I sat at the dealership needlessly. More

My Review seems to have disappeared. I have been going to Jackie Cooper Nissan Service since I purchased my vehicle in 2013. I prefer to have my serviced where I purchased. But I have not had many good exper Jackie Cooper Nissan Service since I purchased my vehicle in 2013. I prefer to have my serviced where I purchased. But I have not had many good experiences. I got an email about a week ago that had a coupon in it for an oil change and it also gave the “press to schedule an appointment” button. So I scheduled an appointment. I’m chronically ill and not doing really terrific this month so my husband would have to bring it in for me. I scheduled it at 1030 thinking he could go to the store first early in the morning, then go get the oil changed and that way he would be right by Costco, and could finish up over there. But when he arrived at Jackie Cooper they, rudely, told him it would be at least two hours. My husband called me to let me know he would be running late as he was going to take me to see my grandbaby later. I told him to just leave. There was no reason for him to sit there that long. He went to go get the keys and the two gentleman he spoke with in service asked him why he was leaving and he told them, what’s the point of advertising you schedule appointments and giving the ability to schedule appointments as well as sending it with the coupon in the email if there are, in fact, no appointments. The 2 men in service said they COMPLETELY agreed and that it has been brought up to management multiple times as customers continue to conplain and it doesn’t really make sense, but nothing has changed and they didn’t think it would. I made an appointment elsewhere and got in and out in 25 minutes. Not only that but had possibly the best service ever experienced in a service department and paid a little less which was just a bonus. We have had multiple issues at Jackie Cooper and still have 2 things that remain unfixed that they said they would take care of, but never did. That frustrates me as like I said, I like continuity of care on my vehicle so I didn’t want to change where I took it for service. But I am. It seems they are only interested in getting customers as many customers as they can but the customer service doesn’t matter. More
