I HAVE A 2023 NISSAN SENTRA WITH 45K MILES. CALLED THE DEALERSHIP TO SEE IF THE CV JOINT IS COVERED. THE RESPONSE IS BRING IT IN AND WE WILL SUBMIT IT TO NISSAN AND SEE WHAT THEY SAY "WE DO NOT CALLED THE DEALERSHIP TO SEE IF THE CV JOINT IS COVERED. THE RESPONSE IS BRING IT IN AND WE WILL SUBMIT IT TO NISSAN AND SEE WHAT THEY SAY "WE DO NOT KNOW IF A CV JUINT IS COVERED BY THE FACTORY WARRANTY"- HOW CAN A DEALERSHIP NOT KNOW THEIR OWN WARRANY PROGRAM. IT IS SIMPLE ITS COVERED OR IT IS NOT. I UNDERSTAND IF SOMETHING OTHER THAN NORMAL USAGE CAUSED IT BUT, TO HAVE NO IDEA- POORCUSTOMER AND DEALERSHIP SKILLS-I HAD TO GIVE A 1 STAR- SHOULD BE 0 STARS More
Customer service, as in how they interact with the customer, is great. Received a phone call from the service department saying that the needed repair was made. I took my 370Z in for service on Wednesday July 13th. I was told by Alyssa in service that they need to run a 4hr diagnostic. Today is Friday July 15th. I called to find out about the diagnosis. And maybe they would have by the end of the day. This is NOT what I consider to be good customer service. I will NEVER recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Jackie Cooper for service. More
