They are not about trying to find things wrong with your car when you bring it in for an oil change. Sure, they check things for you but they don't come up with a laundry list of things that need to be done when you bring it in for something. This is a quality outfit! More

No one contacted me so I just went to the dealership and they got me right in. Slight misquote on the time for an alignment and oil change and I had to reach out to find out why....would have been nice for the consultant to be proactive in that situation but not a huge deal. Took longer than expected We brought car in for checkup of heated driver seat problem. Plus it was due for oil change. When I brought it in the service tech assistant seemed to think it was only in for oil change though my wife had made the appointment for the seat problem. Tech didn’t think they would be able for to check for that problem on the 23rd and would need to bring it back another time and could only do oil change/tire rotation. Was told they would try and look at it. Appointment was to take 60-75 minutes. At the 75 minute make I asked how much longer it would be and was told twenty minutes and that they were looking at seat problem. Another hour later I asked again and they were wrapping it up but could not fix seat at this time and would need to come back. Service manager was apologetic that appointment took long. I understand it’s hard to predict repair time. However seat repair was what the appointment was made for and I had an email that indicated as such as well as the oil change. More clear communication regarding repair times would help. Thankful Manager offered me a free loaner car next time I come in to fix the seat heater which requires a disassemble of drivers seat to do so. More
