This dealership has been terrific from sales to service. I had a recent service visit. Disappointed this time. I was 'taken aback' with the change of courtesy and promptness in the service center. Both bays that were open had cars sitting facing out to the ent I was 'taken aback' with the change of courtesy and promptness in the service center. Both bays that were open had cars sitting facing out to the entrance. I had to wait several minutes in my car, seeing at least 3 men standing around inside, none of them coming out to help. I finally left my car and stood inside another 2-3 minutes before someone came over to help. I told him I had pre-paid service and he never asked my name; he just took my keys and told to wait inside. After the service, the same young man had me sign the form, gave me my keys and pointed to where my car was outside. Every time I had been there before, they walked me to the car, took out all their papers on the floor, etc. He didn't...all their stuff was left in there. I can only assume he was a new employee that had not been adequately trained. More
They correct their errors Brought my vehicle in to the shop for repairs and asked for an oil change. After picking up the vehicle I noticed a large oil stain on the floor of m Brought my vehicle in to the shop for repairs and asked for an oil change. After picking up the vehicle I noticed a large oil stain on the floor of my garage. I took the vehicle back to the shop, the error was corrected and the tech that completed the repairs came to my home and cleaned up all the oil that was on the floor of my garage. Everyone was very polite and apologetic. This type of service will cause me to purchase another Nissan!!! #WOW!!! More

T The engine light on my Nissan Frontier came on so I took it that day to Jackie Cooper Nissan. It was Tuesday, New Years Eve and they were backed up. They were very pleasant but did not promise what they could not fulfill. They asked if I could leave the vehicle and offered to take me wherever I needed to go. They said they would have it diagnosed on Thursday after News Year day. I told them that would be fine but that I needed to leave town that weekend. They gave me the diagnosis on Thursday as promised and the cost. I was pleasantly surprised by their estimate and I agreed to the repairs. They called me once the truck was repaired but due to my schedule, I was not able to pick it up until Friday. Once again, they were pleasant and thanked me for allowing them to be of service to me. The truck had been cleaned which I was not expecting. I was very pleased with their work and honesty. They did not add any other work that did not need to be done and their prices were very reasonable. I will be back and recommend this service department to anyone needing repairs. More
