We came to check out a couple of vehicles from 2 hours away. Salesman made sure they were there for us and gave us all the important information on them before me made the long trip there. ME DECIDI A COMPRAR UN VEHICULO NISSAN MURANO 2020 CON MAS DE 79 MIL MILLAS YA QUE DECIA SER CERTIFICADO POR LA NISSAN COMO 100% OPERATIVO 1- El Vendedor Jaime Roja hizo muy buen trabajo de Atención y MAS DE 79 MIL MILLAS YA QUE DECIA SER CERTIFICADO POR LA NISSAN COMO 100% OPERATIVO 1- El Vendedor Jaime Roja hizo muy buen trabajo de Atención y Venta, 2- La negociación NO RESULTO 100% cierta ya que 2.1 Se me ofrecieron 2 llaves del vehículo y solo me han entregado UNA, 2.3 La batería de la llave que me entregaron estaba LOW BATTERY 2.4 El vehículo presento una FALLA inmediatamente después de sacarlo del dealer (día viernes 29 de septiembre a las 9:30 pm ) (un ruido en las ruedas delanteras ( Wheel Bearing). 2.3 lleve el vehículo a Revisar el Dia después de comprarlo (sábado 30 de Septiembre y NO LO REPARARON por falta del REPUESTO y me lo entregaron con una mancha de grasa en el asiento del piloto, y no fue SINO HASTA EL DIA VIERNES 05 de Octubre que lo repararon. 2.4 El asiento del Piloto lo dejaron manchado con grasa pero no fue limpiado nuevamente aun cuando le manifesté esa situación al SR JAIME ROJAS. I’ve been working with the folks at Jackie Cooper Nissan for 10 years or more. I find them all incredibly dedicated to the concept of “Customer Service.” They go out of their way with explanations and deta for 10 years or more. I find them all incredibly dedicated to the concept of “Customer Service.” They go out of their way with explanations and details to keep me informed about my vehicle and recommendations for ongoing service. My previous vehicle was a 2010 model that had been well maintained and serviced routinely through JC Nissan. In the space of 2 weeks, I had two major service issues, totally unrelated to anything except the age of the car. At the time of the first issue, my service advisor, Josh Brazelton, asked if I had any interest in getting a quote on ‘trade in value.’ With my permission, he connected me with Bryar Ward, who had my vehicle assessed and gave me a really good offer. At the time, I was involved in moving my office out of town temporarily, and frankly didn’t have the time or bandwidth to deal with another major decision, like buying a new car. So, we handled the repair, and Bryar and I determined to revisit the ‘trade’ process in 3 or 4 months. Well … 10 days later, I was sitting on the side of the turnpike, late on Friday night, waiting for AAA to arrive with a tow truck, and the “3 or 4 months later” turned into, “Maybe now’s the time.” A second tow on Saturday morning dropped the car off and knowing that I had to be back down the turnpike on Monday, the Service staff loaned me a courtesy vehicle for the next week. I asked Josh to reconnect me with Bryar, but he and his wife had just had a new baby, and Bryar was not going to be in for several days. So Josh connected me with Ray Asberry. Ray and I worked together, long distance, and put together a plan to hold the car I was interested in, until I got back into town on Friday evening. It was the same car that Bryar had been talking about with me, two weeks earlier. On Friday evening, my wife and I met Ray for the first time, took a test drive and loved the car. Well … everything came together and we drove away that same evening in a low mileage 2022 Murano. My thanks to Josh in the service department for asking the “What if” question; to Bryar in Acquisitions for a fair trade in value, and for pointing me to a logical upgrade; to Ray for stepping in and taking time to visit about our needs on the phone and putting things on hold ‘til I could get there. By the way, the car in reality is better than the pictures. My thanks also to Oscar in Financing, who helped me get everything tied together on Friday and Saturday. On May, 31, 2023, I went to Jackie Cooper Nissan to have an extended warranty that I purchased from them on a used truck that I purchased from them cancelled because I traded the truck in on another vehi an extended warranty that I purchased from them on a used truck that I purchased from them cancelled because I traded the truck in on another vehicle.
