At first the salesman was very helpful with the viewing of the vehicle and answered questions the best that he could. Even with answering the cost of the vehicle which was agreed on when we left that eveni of the vehicle and answered questions the best that he could. Even with answering the cost of the vehicle which was agreed on when we left that evening. I asked is this the total price after discounts and fees. Both the salesman and the sales manager said yes. I told them that I was going to go through another financial institution to purchase the vehicle. We shook hands and agreed. Get ahold of my financial institution worked the deal out for the amount minus the amount that I agreed to put down. Received the check in the dealers name and realized that they forgot two of the discounts that was not added. They stated no problem. Showed up the following day to finalize the the deal and the paper work was redone and waited for a bit before we seen the finance department to finish the sales. Which he informed us that there was an additional $2500 that we would need to put down which was not agreed on. They explained that way the figures are written up is not what the mean. The figures that show the MSRP, the sales price, the discounts, then add the fees equals the total price on the bottom line. That is what we agreed on. But when we got back to the final they said that there needed to additional funds to get it reduced to that price. It is very misleading in the paper work which was blame on the higher up. After going back and forth for a bit we did agree on a down which was still higher then we had originally agreed on. I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealer with this kind of practice. It was one of the worst buying experiences I have ever experienced. Dishonest customer service. More

He referred me to Jordan when the new Muranos came out, and I was pleased with how we worked with me through the purchase of my new Murano. I really value a dealership that retains its people. It is an indicator to me that they care about their employees, and it builds my confidence that I will be taken care of not only at the point of sale, but for years to come. Overall, Jackie Cooper Nissan was a good experience. Keegon was a good salesman and we enjoyed working with him. I feel like the purchasing process took much longer than needed.
