Tale of 2 Car's It was the best of times and the... nah, seriously, I have purchased 2 cars from Jackie Cooper over the past 16 years. I love the Car's and the sal It was the best of times and the... nah, seriously, I have purchased 2 cars from Jackie Cooper over the past 16 years. I love the Car's and the sales people which I dealt with however, the service department has been a different story. I can't speak to the current service quality as I boycotted Jackie Cooper back in 2004 after a few years of well, shot service! I swore after buying my frontier back in 2001, then struggling for 3 years with issues I would never shop sat Cooper again., but I did. More on the service department, my truck pulled to the left from day 1 and wore the inside of both tires on the front. I struggled for years to resolve this issue, no luck. I aligned the truck up to 6 times a year with rotations each time. Still the truck wore and pulled, not to mention a popping sound when turning tight. Cooper ser I've could never recreate the sound. I recorded the sound, still nope. The truck was and is a great vehicle, and still wears tires out and pops when turning right. New shocks, new tires blah blah. The sales people I have declared with are nice and not pushy, I can't speak for them all, just the ones I delt with. But the service is a HUGE part of a purchase. I will still never use the Cooper service shop and anyone considering a new car should way this very hard!!! Very sincerely, Tale of two cars More
Laid Back Approach I was in need of a new vehicle and knew that I wanted to purchase a Certified Pre-owned Nissan Rogue SL. I found what I was looking for on Jackie Coop I was in need of a new vehicle and knew that I wanted to purchase a Certified Pre-owned Nissan Rogue SL. I found what I was looking for on Jackie Cooper's website - lots of pictures and a total run down of the options on this vehicle. Once I decided I wanted to drive this vehicle and possibly purchase, I called Kelly Wood (I know Kelly from his time at another dealership in town) and asked him to check the car for cleanliness and give me any info he could about the Rogue. I made an appointment to see the Rogue on Saturday and it was pulled up and waiting for me to check it out and drive it! Of course I loved the car but now the not so fun part - I thought! The financing part of the transaction was not stressful at all - I got the car I want and financing that fits my budget. In all I was only at the dealership for 3 hours. I've always known that Jackie Cooper had a good name in the Tulsa area and now I've experienced it first hand and look forward to working with Kelly Wood and the dealership in the future! Highly Recommended!!!! More

Pierce Worked Hard Pierce worked hard for me and got me the car I wanted at close to the terms I needed. He even drove it to Norman for me. We had a few bumps in the process but Im pretty sure it was due to management, not Pierce. For instance, after management said they would pay for an issue the car had at the time of delivery, they backed out. Pierce sent me a check for the amount of the repair from his personal account because he is a man of his word. The service dept agrued with Pierce about changing the oil because they said it didn't have a engine so Pierce had to prove to them that it did *it is a Chevy Volt.* Buy cars from him because he will work hard and keep his word. Cant ask for anything else. If it wasn't for Pierce I would rate the dealership a 1 star. More
