He remembered everything we talked about even after several different conversations. He was invested in us and made sure to adress all of our concerns and needs. He was very easy to work with and did not try to sucker us into the typical car salesman game. We test drove a Maxima and a Murano as I was still deciding between the two vehicles. He was very patient and insistent that I picked the right car and not just any car to get the sale. He wasn't pushy and was very knowledgeable about both vehicles. Overall a great experience from test drive to executing all the paperwork. Nissan service at Jackie Cooper has been fair and reasonable. I often receive coupons for oil changes and routine maintenance that beat the Jiffy Lubes of the world. 100% thumbs up!! More
