A few kinks but overall good experience When we first called Jackie Cooper we were less than impressed with the Salesman we spoke with, (We just want to feel like the salesman is there to he When we first called Jackie Cooper we were less than impressed with the Salesman we spoke with, (We just want to feel like the salesman is there to help us find what we are looking for, not just make his sales pitch and try to talk us into what he wants us to get!) enough so that my husband and I decided to shop elsewhere. However, a day or so after that initial phone call I got a follow up call/email from Eric Inman who completely turned our experience around. Eric was very helpful and made it clear that he WANTED our business and would go out of his way to earn it. Thanks Eric! We live a few hours away from the dealership so we wanted most everything done and approved before we drove all the way there. Eric made that happen and kept in contact very well through the whole process. We couldn't make the trip that day but the next day Eric was off so he put us in contact with a couple other men there. We ended up working with Joe Simmons, who is fantastic! Joe was incredibly kind and helpful. He was very straightforward and honest. Joe got us through the buying/signing process quickly and efficiently, while still making sure we understood everything. He highlighted and showed us features on our new vehicle to help ensure we get the most out of it (there were features on our trade in we didn't even know it had!) We will definitely go to Joe Simmons next time we are looking for a vehicle. Once we got to the finance office we worked with Steve Paliotta who was also incredibly kind, up front, and easy to work with. He went through the things we needed to know and explained well, but got us through the process quickly and painlessly. Thanks so much, Steve! Also, a side note, we had gotten to the dealership just before closing the day we picked up our vehicle and Joe and Steve happily stayed late and didn't rush through things or seem the least bit upset. They knew it was the only time we could be there and that mattered to them, and we truly appreciate that!! We had a small issue with the car after the fact and ended up having to bring it back in to the service department. Again, Joe went above and beyond. He got us in immediately, gave us a car to drive while ours was being serviced, gave us some ideas of things to do while we waited and while we were in Tulsa, bought our breakfast, refilled our vehicle with gas and brought it to us at breakfast (that's how quickly it was done). He switched our children's car seats back over to our vehicle in the restaurant parking lot and made sure everything was in order so we could just leave straight from there if we wanted to. ABOVE and BEYOND!! Can't say enough about Joe!! We WILL buy from Jackie Cooper Nissan in the future, and we highly recommend Eric Inman, Joe Simmons and Steve Paliotta. More

They didn't try to "steer" us to something that we didn't want. We were shown multiple vehicles that had the options we desired, which impressed us because of the choices that were available. They were extremely friendly without the "fake buddy" feeling that some dealerships exude. I would highly recommend this dealership and Joe Simmons in particular. Joe took the time to explain every question that we had. He even shared some answers to questions that we had not even thought of. This was a great buying experience! More

We did it again. So those of you that are paying attention may notice that I just wrote a review a few days ago. Much has happened since then. I had bought a crew cab So those of you that are paying attention may notice that I just wrote a review a few days ago. Much has happened since then. I had bought a crew cab Frontier for my wife. She was extremely thrilled with it. I thought it was cute. Now I am a MAN. I need a TRUCK. Ford or Chevys merely carry my luggage to a real truck. Kenworth’s and Peterbilts. Long Yang was amazing to deal with. We took my wife’s new Frontier and went home. So she drove it to work and she can’t say enough good about how nice it is. So I starting asking friends and co-workers that have Nissans what they think of them. All opinions were the same. Everybody loves them, they last forever. So I gave my wife’s little truck a harder look. I really liked the feel of it and the ride. The V6 will set you back in the seat. I had to have one. So I went back in today. Long met me at the door. We exchanged pleasantries. Then I told him I need one too. He looked at me like I am nuts. He said you want another Frontier. I said yup. What can you do? I had a trade with negative equity. So the process took a little longer. But everybody was still great. The deal got done. I now have a Frontier parked with my wife’s truck. I am looking forward to oil changes just so I can hang out and shoot the breeze with Long. He is a very nice man. However, a secondary star must be mentioned. I was recommended to the dealer by Matt Cadion. Matt is the jack of all trades over there. He didn’t steer me wrong. I can’t say enough good about Long and the whole sales team. This dealership is the way the rest of them should work. More
