The price was really good so I looked at it on-line as I was on vacation in New Mexico at the time. After numerous e-mails, and a very clear cut presentation on pricing, we made a deal via e-mail and when we got back from New Mexico, Joe had the car sitting in front of the dealership ready to pick up. It was spotless. After a short time in his office doing the paperwork that was all ready to go, we went over and met the service manager, who was very polite and friendly as well. Then we went out and Joe took my wife and I through a very detailed presentation of the features of the car. He paired our cell phones to the car, and seemed to have a check list on his iPad to make sure he didn't miss anything. He gave us the impression that he did not want us to leave until we knew everything we could about the car. He could not have been nicer or more informative. I honestly was not in the market for a new car, but he made this so appealing and attractive, I felt like I could not pass it up. I am glad I listened to him. It is a great car at a very good price. I would recommend Joe Simmons without reservation to anyone considering a new or nice used vehicle. I would also recommend Jackie Cooper Nissan as an excellent dealership, as everyone that I came in contact with there went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I would say that it was just a great overall experience, and will certainly go there first the next time I am in the market for a car. More

Excellent customer service & satisfaction. Joe Simmons was very easy to work with, no pressure and very knowledgeable on the cars we looked at. We did purchase prepaid oil changes, but again wasn't pressured. Overall A+. More

The Service manager WAS amazing and he actually brought the head tech out to talk to me as well they answered all my questions and didn't try to sway my decision one way or another. I was very pleased with the service I received and will be seeing them for all my oil changes. This is the second vehicle I have bought from them and I hope this one serves me as well as the other. THANKS NIHAD you are amazing. I might add the salesman knew I was headed out for a long trip and actually asked if I would text him to let him know I made it safely. What a personal touch I believe Nihad could become a good friend of mine. More

Worst Customer service at the service section We regularly get our oil change and other check ups at this dealership; they have the people at the service sections that gets annoyed so fast when cu We regularly get our oil change and other check ups at this dealership; they have the people at the service sections that gets annoyed so fast when customers ask questions. I went this morning for a regular oil change and they wanted to charge us for a synthetic oil change; which we had to ask them later to change and then they had left the coolant reservoir empty. I got back to house and my husband checked the car and asked why didn't they fill the antifreeze/coolant and they left the reservoir empty with a broken cap. I called the customer service to ask the same and they said that they usually check and that if meets their parameter they won't fill it up and I said it looks empty and the guy said i can drive back to the dealership to get filled up. I drove back to the dealership and told the guy that I don't know you parameters can you please check with me if the coolant is at a good level and he checks it and couldn't say that they forgot to check but instead says that I must go sit inside while they fill it up. When I asked about the cap, with an annoyed facial expression, he says he will see if they have any. When as customers that doesn't know much about cars, takes the car to a dealership for an oil change, even though it's less expensive at other places outside; we trust the service you provide and we are willing to pay more for those services. Instead you choose to get annoyed when we as customers ask questions and do half jobs. They made my weekend worse by having me spend half of my time here and drive back and forth. I'm annoyed, i could spend this time with my family. More
