Excellent customer service I’ve given a five star rating because, MJ Amini and Richie Fruechting were amazing in the process of getting me approved for my new car loan. I have t I’ve given a five star rating because, MJ Amini and Richie Fruechting were amazing in the process of getting me approved for my new car loan. I have to say that no one will ever work harder for a customer than MJ Amini. I was having a problem being approved by 5 lenders including my lender that I had at the time, due to ratings even though I had made all my payments on time and never been late on my credit card or my car note, and a decent credit score of 640, I was still denied. MJ and the team whom ever was involved in my approval process went to bat for me and was able to get me an approval for the loan, with a small down payment on my new 2018 Nissan Altima SR. That’s not counting over five grand in rebates that I qualified for. If you have ever had any problems that I was experiencing please go see the Jackie cooper Nissan team and they will do everything they can to get you approved. Best car experience counting. I previously bought a 2014 Nissan Sentra and had the same experience with MJ Amini... but now MJ Amini is the finance manager but still can’t ask for anyone better than him.
