He sent us pictures inside and out of the car and answered all of our questions before we even came down to the dealership. When we came in it was stormy and raining hard. He came out with an umbrella and covered us to the door. He then pulled the car into the service line so we don’t get wet and explained all of the features. He worked hard for us and got the deal done. In finance, Ben Johnson was good too and explained things very thoroughly. Whole process took about an hour and thirty minutes! More

You can tell right away they were trustworthy and just good people. Now, the finance manager I worked with Steve Paliolta on the other hand, I had some issues with. I had already had financing approval from my bank, so I knew what my interest rate and term would be. The first rate Steve tried to have me sign, was almost 2% more, than what I already knew I would be getting. He tried to convince me that no one else would approve me at a lower rate (even though I knew what my rates would be). I finally got him to look, and he acted all shocked and then lowered the rate. Which upon further looking, is still higher than the rate I know I was approved for. More
