Jordan was great to work with; and in fact, I've sent him at least two customers on referrals, and both of them had great experiences, too. And the new car manager (Eddie, no longer there) enhanced my deal even further just to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I still keep in touch with Jordan, and hope to buy another Nissan from him sometime in the future. More

Nihad turned a bad situation into an AWESOME experience! Our transmission went out in the vehicle we were driving completely unexpectedly. It was going to be pretty expensive to replace so we decided to see what our options might be to trade it in. Everyone at Jackie Cooper that helped us went above and beyond to meet and exceed our expectations. We went in to see about just getting into a pre-owned certified Rogue, however with the rebates going on, we were able to purchase a 2019 ROGUE with all the bells and whistles we could ever ask for. Nihad explained each and every one of them with in-depth knowledge and passion, it was like no other dealership experience we've ever had (and we've had plenty). When it came time to negotiate, the appraising manager and the financing manager did everything we asked. We strongly recommend anyone looking to purchase a car, please go see Nihad and the team at Jackie Cooper Nissan! More
