The price was really good so I looked at it on-line as I was on vacation in New Mexico at the time. After numerous e-mails, and a very clear cut presentation on pricing, we made a deal via e-mail and when we got back from New Mexico, Joe had the car sitting in front of the dealership ready to pick up. It was spotless. After a short time in his office doing the paperwork that was all ready to go, we went over and met the service manager, who was very polite and friendly as well. Then we went out and Joe took my wife and I through a very detailed presentation of the features of the car. He paired our cell phones to the car, and seemed to have a check list on his iPad to make sure he didn't miss anything. He gave us the impression that he did not want us to leave until we knew everything we could about the car. He could not have been nicer or more informative. I honestly was not in the market for a new car, but he made this so appealing and attractive, I felt like I could not pass it up. I am glad I listened to him. It is a great car at a very good price. I would recommend Joe Simmons without reservation to anyone considering a new or nice used vehicle. I would also recommend Jackie Cooper Nissan as an excellent dealership, as everyone that I came in contact with there went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I would say that it was just a great overall experience, and will certainly go there first the next time I am in the market for a car. More

Excellent customer service & satisfaction. Joe Simmons was very easy to work with, no pressure and very knowledgeable on the cars we looked at. Great Truck, Great Salesman I went in looking for a white Titan and left with a very NICE red one. My salesman NIHAD was the bomb he answered every question and even got me into the mechanics who work on these trucks all day every day so I could pick their brains about different things I had seen in online forums. The Service manager WAS amazing and he actually brought the head tech out to talk to me as well they answered all my questions and didn't try to sway my decision one way or another. I was very pleased with the service I received and will be seeing them for all my oil changes. This is the second vehicle I have bought from them and I hope this one serves me as well as the other. THANKS NIHAD you are amazing. I might add the salesman knew I was headed out for a long trip and actually asked if I would text him to let him know I made it safely. What a personal touch I believe Nihad could become a good friend of mine. More
