Everyone we made contact with at Jackie Cooper made me feel like my comfort and satisfaction outweighed the prospect of the sale. I can't say enough about Braden. He was extremely personable and made me feel at ease in my car-buying experience, without using high pressure sales tactics. I had my mind set on a 2018 model with low miles. Something comparable to my search wasn't available on the lot, but Braden let me test drive a 2019 to get an idea of the comfort and driving experience of the Rogue models. After visiting several other dealerships looking at used vehicles, I realized the service couldn't compare to the experience I had working with Braden. I have a firm belief that the level of service you experience with a salesman will be a direct reflection of the service you receive after the sale. Second purchase in a month I purchased a vehicle from Nihad after Christmas because we needed something larger for our growing family. After telling my family about my great ex I purchased a vehicle from Nihad after Christmas because we needed something larger for our growing family. After telling my family about my great experience my mom asked me to help her find a vehicle as well. I didn’t see anything that would work for her at the Nissan dealership but I did find something at one of their other dealerships. Nihad met us there to show us the car. He arrived early to test drive it himself before we arrived. It was my moms best experience buying a car in her lifetime. While at the dealership there was someone buying a car off of the show room floor and my mom said how nice that must be. While we were completing the paperwork Nihad had the detail guy back her car into the building so that she could drive her’s out as well. It made me proud as a son to be able to see her have that moment she never dreamed she would. More
