Everyone we made contact with at Jackie Cooper made me feel like my comfort and satisfaction outweighed the prospect of the sale. I can't say enough about Braden. He was extremely personable and made me feel at ease in my car-buying experience, without using high pressure sales tactics. I had my mind set on a 2018 model with low miles. Something comparable to my search wasn't available on the lot, but Braden let me test drive a 2019 to get an idea of the comfort and driving experience of the Rogue models. After visiting several other dealerships looking at used vehicles, I realized the service couldn't compare to the experience I had working with Braden. I have a firm belief that the level of service you experience with a salesman will be a direct reflection of the service you receive after the sale.
