We were not "jumped" on, but introduced to a friend. We were there to look at several vehicles that I had done my research online. Nihad showed me exactly what I asked him to show me. He took the time to take us for a test drive on 3 different vehicles, and I was amazed at the knowledge Nihad possessed for every single vehicle. He knew everything, from drive line, transmissions, technology, all the bells and whistles. He NEVER acted as though we were wasting his time. He was NEVER pushy. He was ALWAYS polite, and answered ALL of our questions with a smile. We had a NO HASSLE car buying experience. When we picked the vehicle (2019 Altima SL) I wanted he then introduced M.J. and he was just as amazing. He did everything to get us the payment, percentage and we were gone with my new car.
