Best Mothers Day Service Ever! I was in the market to purchase a new truck, as I no longer needed the the excessively large one I had. Being that the truck I owned was a very well I was in the market to purchase a new truck, as I no longer needed the the excessively large one I had. Being that the truck I owned was a very well maintained 3/4 ton Chevy HD 2500 with a Royal work bed and a Tommy Lift it was difficult to get an accurate trade-in value. Brandon Willis my car salesman at Jackie Cooper Nissan went above and beyond and offered to take my truck to auction for me to see if we couldn’t get a better deal for our trade in by tapping into a larger market. Jackie Cooper Ben let me drive the New Nissan Titan 4x4 that I was considering purchasing with my trade while the auction took place. I believe that defines going above and beyond and thinking outside the box to provide the best customer experience possible. We have been dealing with Jackie Cooper and Brandon Willis since 2011 when we bought our first Nissan. We were greeted by Joe Simmons and he quizzed us as to our needs for the car. He was a non-pressure, highly informative consultant as to the many benefits of the new Murano. He was patient and eager to answer any questions we had. He made our car buying experience a pleasure. Exceeded Expectations! We had the best experience at this dealership with Joe Simmons, the Sales Consultant who helped us. We'd met Joe previously when replacing our daughter's car, they didn't have what we needed at the time and we couldn't wait, but he stood out...made an impression! So when we had to replace our son's car, we contacted him first. He is honest and attentive with no pressure. In a word, I would call him "value-added". In addition to a CarFax, he provided pros and cons analysis of vehicles, never pushy, but informative to help us evaluate our options. I mentioned hearing a noise during a test drive in the back seat. He did not dismiss it. He found a loose tool in the trunk. Secured it. Drove again. I could still hear it. (But just me...) When we returned, he was literally in the trunk, in his suit, until he found a clip that had come undone and solved the problem. That's just one small example of his level of attentiveness. He went above and beyond on every detail before and AFTER the sale. And everyone that works there is friendly and professional. Joe Simmons, my sale consultant was fantastic; from the initial greeting, understanding my needs, explaining my options, through negotiations & the title process. I was always 100% comfortable & never felt one iota of pressure. Joe & Eric Inman, the sales manager, made me feel that my purchase was important & appreciated. I was introduced to the James Feary, the Lead Service Advisor & I will look forward to the pros in the service department keeping my Nissan like the day I bought it. Tony Berger in the business office handled the $$$ & required documentation extremely professional.
