Nissan staff, great. Finance staff, off-putting. I worked with Colton Staggs, and he was amazing. He went through every detail to the point where I didn't have any questions. He was very helpful and went out of his way to take videos that I could send to my parents. When my parents arrived from out of town, he showed and explained everything again. He was really respectful towards both of them. If it wasn't for him, I probably would've walked out when we were doing our financing and gone somewhere else. The gentleman that we worked with in finance, Brad Childers, was very rude as soon as I said I didn't want any of the packages, and I didn't want to go through them when my parents needed to leave town. I didn't appreciate the way he talked to my parents at all. It's actually very disappointing because their website says he is the Finance Director, and I would expect a director to have better mannerisms than that. He was very abrupt and condescending when my dad would ask questions, and when he needed signatures, rather than handing us the pens politely, he tossed them at us. He didn't tell us any helpful information at all or explain the process. I had to ask him what it was that I was signing on the tablet, and he didn't tell us how long it typically takes for the paperwork to come in the mail or what to expect afterwards or anything. If my parents hadn't bought cars before, I wouldn't even know that I'm waiting for documents in the mail. Honestly, my mom was considering coming back for another car for my brother, but it's enough to make both her and I never want to go back to Jackie Cooper for another car. My experience was extremely great until about the last thirty minutes, but that last thirty is enough to ruin it for me. I'm only giving this a four star rating because of how much time and effort Colton put into helping us. I would definitely recommend him to others and let them have their own experience rather than let mine ruin theirs though. Their financing might go better. More
