Grimy hand stains I’m pretty upset about the worsening stains inside my driver’s door frame where y’all put the reminder sticker in the window. There were light fingerp I’m pretty upset about the worsening stains inside my driver’s door frame where y’all put the reminder sticker in the window. There were light fingerprints left behind after my oil change last month. But after I left Weds morning, there were darker finger print stains & a very noticeable dark/black spot. It’s light to medium gray material making the stains increasingly noticeable at eye level and I have no idea how to clean that. Could whoever puts on the window stickers possibly make sure their hands are clean first? I hope to get a quick response from this. I’m not happy. Aside from nasty handprints, the service is outstanding and I would still recommend it. More
Joe Simmons - Nissan Rogue SL 2017 I was looking online for a Nissan Rogue and chance upon Jackie Cooper. It was white and had 11k miles on it and it was a 2017 SL version. Most importa I was looking online for a Nissan Rogue and chance upon Jackie Cooper. It was white and had 11k miles on it and it was a 2017 SL version. Most importantly it was certified. It was for a reasonable price too! I put my information down and had an employee called me and patch me through to Joe Simmons. We spoke briefly and I could tell in my heart he was the one for me. I meant it as in the sales man for me :) Sounds cheesy but it is true. I had seen a previous sales man who was always on his phone and definitely unprepared. Does not seem interested in assisting and got me very frustrated. I had to be picky with what I want as it is my first car purchase and I'm clueless about cars and the process to get one. I did not have my family with me physically to help me through this process. So I had to rely on my sales man alot. That was when I found Joe. He was definitely like a parent figure to me. He was honest and went above and beyond and even offered to do more for me by bringing things to my attention and informing me of every step that I need to take. I have talk to friends who use to sell cars and said this man is unlike any other that they worked with. He is way too honest! For ex: He kindly offered to take the video for me in full detail and even checked under the car for rust as it came from Florida originally. He zoomed in on the minor scuffed that the car had and provided some options on how we can discuss about the price. Joe is teaching me to notice details like this. I have learnt so much from him. When me and my husband got there he was very welcoming and was ready to answer every question I had. I work for a legal research team so I ask questions all the time and am unafraid to do so. My husband gets embarrassed when I get that way but I need my questions answered. Joe just answered all and even answered questions I never even thought off. He was definitely knowledgeable as the car had a lot of tech in it. I was just mind blown by his dedication to us and wanting us to realize we can always come to him. He even contacts me after hours to see if I have any questions and I have to force him to relax and spend time with his family! The sweetest thing he did was he left us snacks and drinks in the car for the ride home. And he said I care about you two alot and I hope you enjoy this car as much as I have enjoyed your company.
