It's really nice when you go into a dealer who has the perfect car other than the color on sale for a really good price and is able to come through with even a slightly better deal for a car they find at a dealer from across the state that, too, is the perfect car including the desired color. It's always a great experience working with the sales staff, but the biggest factor is probably the service we are provided while owning and operating the vehicle. We've had a Murano and are now on our second Pathfinder SL. These have been truly exception vehicles and we'll be looking at getting a new one in 3 or 4 years. More

I am very satisfied with the friendly help I got from my salesman Matt. He stayed in touch with me after my husband's passing and helped me through the buying experience. He took me on a tour of the showroom, service department, and explained my car servicing schedule, as well as introducing me to men in the service department. GREAT SERVICE 20,000 service of my Titan. I was treated very well by Jared Hannah when i dropped off the truck at 7.30 am and when i picked it up at noon. they hand 20,000 service of my Titan. I was treated very well by Jared Hannah when i dropped off the truck at 7.30 am and when i picked it up at noon. they handled the recall notice , oil and filter, and brake fluid replace. Truck was vacuumed and i can imagine if it were not below freezing maybe even washed. Thanks to the jackie cooper Nissan service team 1 and all! More

Jackie Cooper Nissan was such a positive experience. The honored their online price that was apparently listed wrong on autotrader, they didn't pressure us to purchase packages or extra warranties, and they were just so easy to willing to make a deal that was mutually beneficial. Dave Fields was our salesman and he was great. I felt like he really cared about us getting a good deal and was there to assist. Highly recommened this dealership and the people who work their. More
