Best Customer Service I had the extreme pleasure of working with Nihad from the Nissan dealership. We were introduced by his finance manager who happens to be a friend of mine. Nihad spent several hours with me at the end of June test driving all types of sedans and SUV's from all 3 lots. The timing wasn't good but he stayed in touch with me and when I returned he spent several more hours trying to get me financed, but with my self employment it was giving us obstacles. In the mean time I went to another dealership across the street and had an utter nightmare for 2 weeks. I finally went through my credit union and came back to Nihad and once again received top notch service from Nihad, Michael Knotts and Pearce Woolery. Excellent Service I brought my car in to get an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked that my Blue Tooth be examined as I have had difficulty with it and my liftga I brought my car in to get an oil change and tire rotation. After the dealership had my car for a few hours they discovered that it had an additional problem and they fixed it as well. He did not honor his word and did not give us the promised gift card (which was part of the deal) even after few reminders. Additionally, he wasted my time by trying to push a sale of the cars that haven't went through the inspection yet. With one of those cars, I waited for few days just to be told a different price. Another car was not fully ready for the test drive. Also, I was told that car is ready for a pick-up, when in fact it was not for few more hours, and I had to make additional trip and arrangements. I should have gone to another dealership, which is what I will definitely do the next time I need a car. More
