Disappointed this time. I was 'taken aback' with the change of courtesy and promptness in the service center. Both bays that were open had cars sitting facing out to the ent I was 'taken aback' with the change of courtesy and promptness in the service center. Both bays that were open had cars sitting facing out to the entrance. I had to wait several minutes in my car, seeing at least 3 men standing around inside, none of them coming out to help. I finally left my car and stood inside another 2-3 minutes before someone came over to help. I told him I had pre-paid service and he never asked my name; he just took my keys and told to wait inside. After the service, the same young man had me sign the form, gave me my keys and pointed to where my car was outside. Every time I had been there before, they walked me to the car, took out all their papers on the floor, etc. He didn't...all their stuff was left in there. I can only assume he was a new employee that had not been adequately trained. More

They correct their errors Brought my vehicle in to the shop for repairs and asked for an oil change. After picking up the vehicle I noticed a large oil stain on the floor of m Brought my vehicle in to the shop for repairs and asked for an oil change. After picking up the vehicle I noticed a large oil stain on the floor of my garage. I took the vehicle back to the shop, the error was corrected and the tech that completed the repairs came to my home and cleaned up all the oil that was on the floor of my garage. Everyone was very polite and apologetic. This type of service will cause me to purchase another Nissan!!! #WOW!!! More
