James reviewed the service completion details after the service on the 16th. All my requests were addressed; he even opened the hood and showed my what the brake fluid level was and why the light had come on. Above all, he was honest and forthcoming which, for me, is the most important thing of all. He showed me a white 2018 Altima that had VERY low miles and an excellent price. I was glad to take it off their hands! The financing was very smooth and also no pressure. I left with a car that still had that new car smell and a smile on my face.
