Joey in the service department made a bad situation with another service guy bearable. The service guy I was seeing made some commitments that were obviously incorrect and made no notes about them in the sy another service guy bearable. I am also disappointed that your advertising says you will meet competitors tire prices but didn’t with me. I would have preferred to stay at the dealership for all my cars needs.
