We have met some great and helpful folks in our 3 buying experiences, 2 at Nissan and 1 at Mercedes. Two important things keep bringing us back. Excellent service at the sales level AND at the mechanical level and the impact of Ryan Knotts, his honesty and sincerity in our initial 2011 car buying experience. I've always had excellent experience in the service department, with each service tech I've worked with especially James Feary. The service dept was a very important factor in our repeat Nissan car purchase. Shane Morgan spent a couple hours explaining the vehicle features to us and when we left I actually understood the technology and features that make the car special. He was extremely helpful in keeping us informed along the way during the purchase process as well. Eric Inman was great in getting the numbers for us when we wanted to compare price and features of Rogue vs Murano and helped greatly in the decision making process about which vehicle was the best purchase for us. Ultimately, it was service and vehicle comfort that made the sale of the Murano. We certainly appreciate all that was done to make our buying experience positive. Also, while waiting for repairs I browsed the show room floor and met with Shane Morgan. I received follow ups from Shane and set a time for the next day. When I arrive Shane was not available and I was helped by Briana Murdock. Briana was extremely helpful and we purchased a 2020 Nissan Maxima Platinum model. The sales and business managers were also helpful and friendly. This is my 7 Th Nissan I have owned. The first was actually a 1966 Datsun Fairlady powder blue convertible that we purchased while stationed in Okinawa, Japan and shipped to the states. ( wish I still had it,) My experience with Jackie Cooper has been great. I will be sure and recommend their service More

Your parts manager is an xxx I had a part that was being replaced by a service center and they had ordered it from you 3 times. Wrong part was sent every time. I agreed to drive I had a part that was being replaced by a service center and they had ordered it from you 3 times. Wrong part was sent every time. I agreed to drive my car to your service center so they could see what part was needed. This required me to get up at 5:30 and drive clear to Tulsa before work. Your parts manager came out and looked under my car for 2.5 seconds before stating that "if a part was missing, they would need to get it up on the lift to fix it". If a part was missing.. As a woman , I guess I'm not aware that said part had been carried around in the back seat of my car for weeks and as a woman, I wouldn't have noticed when said part flew off the car while driving down the highway. I did bring my car back in Friday and the part was installed but nothing about the transaction made me want to use your service again. I gave you two stars because at least the people I dealt with on Friday were professional, polite and efficient. Oh and the guy looked under my car on Friday for 2.5 seconds and said - oh you are missing the belly pan. I guess the part was missing. More
