Very responsive, professional and informative We've been waiting on this 2020 release since the 2017 remodel. With the serious updates to this model, we couldn't have asked for a better outcome!! I loved the phone call BTW. We quickly clarified exactly what Kris & I were looking for. He quickly teamed w/Eric, where they happened to find & procure exactly what we were looking for. The best guess was a month for delivery so quite a shock when 2 weeks later John sends us pictures and said it's a hit!! The pearl paint looks great, very light white...clean looking. We had been following the start of the production run at the Canton plant and never expected to see the truck before May, so this was a great surprise. This is the 2nd time Jackie Cooper's sales team out performed it's competition. Back in Oct '06 we ordered an '07 Frontier LE 4x4 Longbed. In December we took possession and proceeded to put 296,000 miles on it until we traded for a 2017 Pro 4X last fall. We couldn't have been taken care of any better at the Mercedes or Audi dealer!! Overall good service, although lengthy in time. The oil change and changing filters was serviced well. The car was washed; however at that appointment the car was not vacuumed. I returned the next day with the car to have new tires installed as discussed with service previously. I was told the new tire installation would take approximately 1 hr to 1 1/2 hrs, so I decided to wait in the waiting room during service rather than go home. After approximately 2 hours no one had followed up with me as to the tire installation. Erin Love noticed that I was still in the waiting room, and asked me if anyone had informed me about the progress on the car. She also informed me that tire installation and alignment normally lasts longer than 1 1/2 hours. She tracked down my service man, who came to apologize and told me it would be another 1/2 hr to 45 minutes. The service was good on the car, and on this 2nd day the car was vacuumed as well as washed. My only suggestion is that more reasonable time estimates be given for service. The tire installation & alignment actually took closer to 3 hours. More
