My sales rep had been promoted within the Jackie Cooper family, but left me in great hands of the incomparable Joe Simmons. Since 2016, I've been blessed to relocate to the Wichita area. With Joe, he handled EVERY question I had regarding the selection of vehicles that I wanted. I was able to coordinate my appointment to drive down and meet him face to face. My selections were lined up for view and test drives. With the emails with Joe for nearly 2 weeks, he was able to know my taste and showed me a vehicle that had just arrived at the lot. "I think this may be one that will be to your liking." He was dead on! That unexpected vehicle has become one of the biggest blessings I've received. With paperwork done online, my experience was smooth all due to Joe. I recommend that if you're out of the area and if you're in the area, Joe is your guy. The honesty, the transparency, and most of the integrity that he has is worth his weight in gold. More

They were very helpful in assisting me select car and ger everything started via text message. When i explained i was shopping prices and best value, they did everything possible and in a timely manner via sms to cut down on my time at dealership. The sales rep went so far as to pull car do a walk around video and text it too me advised me they would pull SUV up front and have it ready when I got there to test drive, the general manager left me 2 voicemails prior to my arrival. They met me out front. And being the typical woman :) when i got there i changed my mind about SUV and wanted to test drive an higer priced SUV. I ended up purchasing the 2020 SL series. since I already had a pre approval from Cap1 auto the financing was easy and painless they did everything possible to get me into the car of my chosing and keeping me with in my planned budget. I did not want a sunroof but since they did not have the car in wanted on the lot w/o sunroof, they offered to pay for my tint job which was a very BIG deal for me. All in All it was a great experience. I got the SUV, Gap Ins, Maintenance Plan, extended warranty & tinted windows and was able to keep my car payment under $500 a month. 10 stars More

I stopped at Jackie Cooper Nissan and ended up having an awesome experience with my salesman Matt and Heath in financing. This is the first dealership I've bought from that I didn't have to practically beg for a full tank of gas before I left the lot. They detailed the car and filled it up for me while I was in financing, which is indicative of their superior customer service. I will definitely recommend Jackie Cooper Nissan and will definitely shop there again. More
