The disappointing thing is that the Mazda dealership next door to Jackie Cooper Nissan told my wife the process in setting up an appointment and she followed it...we were expecting a call back from them and it never happened. My wife and her family has used them for years and a couple members of her family were former employees as well. I also forgot to mention that Brian found an AWD in the same mid-level Rogue model cheaper than the FWD one that we test drove. Both of them were 2020 Rogues. Best service that our family has had and we are recommending them. More
