Since moving to Jenks OK I was taking my 370Z to Jackie Cooper for service. Folks in the service are always helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a used car there late one evening. Since then, I've called twice and emailed once asking what happened to the floor mats that were in the trunk of the car when it was shown to me and Since then, I've called twice and emailed once asking what happened to the floor mats that were in the trunk of the car when it was shown to me and my family. This is two weeks later, and I've never got a call back or anything. Apparently, once the sells made the customer service ends. I'll be going to buy a set this weekend. More
