Everyone very punctual and helpful, although for senior citizens, it might take more on the learning part. The whole process to by the car took way to long. It should not take 5 1/2 hours to buy a car. Jordan was great but the trade in process of my car was not great. We were haggling literally over 400 It should not take 5 1/2 hours to buy a car. Jordan was great but the trade in process of my car was not great. We were haggling literally over 400 dollars but they wouldn’t take it off the new car or give more on the trade in. I gave in because it was zero percent interest. But that 400 dollars probably cost them a future customer. More
