30 years after buying a car from Jackie Cooper auto group, I have purchased another one. The salesman and sales manager had the very qualities that I had experienced my first time around. Shawn was v group, I have purchased another one. The salesman and sales manager had the very qualities that I had experienced my first time around. Shawn was very attentive to what I needed in a vehicle and was quite knowledgeable about my vehicle of choice. In fact, I feel that he went beyond what I would have expected in a sales representative. One day prior to purchasing my vehicle, I left a text message on the dealership’s website (prior to opening time) requesting information regarding a vehicle I had seen in their inventory. In less than fifteen minutes of posting, I received a phone call from Shawn. I told him what I was looking for and asked a few questions. Less than ten minutes later, Shawn sent me a video of the vehicle, both inside and out. We set aside a time for a test drive and discussion for a possible purchase. Having put down earnest money, and with an appointment all set, I drove to Tulsa the next morning to meet with Shawn, and Nihad, who had reserved the vehicle in my name. The entire experience, from message to final sale, was exactly as it should have been. Both gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with.
