However Jackie Cooper was the best to work with. Frank was very informative about what was going on with my car repair wise and Cass even spoke to me about what we had to work around. More

Excellent and timeline service I had to take my car in for an issue with the tire. It was unexpected, and I had not made an appointment before-hand. not good service. won't work with warranty company Jackie Cooper service employee, Mike Kayser, would not work with my warranty company even though they have used this warranty company for at least 5 y Jackie Cooper service employee, Mike Kayser, would not work with my warranty company even though they have used this warranty company for at least 5 years for my car repairs. Never a problem until this time. The issue dealt with Mike Kayser wanting to put new parts on my car when my warranty company wanted a repair. The thing is, the Jackie Cooper work order showed both ways as being a possibility but he refused to go the route of repairing. Mike Kayser even kept calling my job and interrupting my work about it, insisting that I call my warranty company to force them to accept replacing the part. This was totally unprofessional. I emailed Jackie Cooper office with a complaint and never even got a response, much less an apology. BTW, I found a dealership here in Muskogee that was happy to do what my warranty company wanted. Later, I emailed Jackie cooper to get copies of all my repair orders....again not even an acknowledgment of the email. Both times, I used the website link to send my emails. More
