I have owned 5 different Mercedes vehicles since 1990 and this is the best service dept of any of the dealership I have use. My advisor, John, has always been helpful, keeps me updated on the progress of re this is the best service dept of any of the dealership I have use. During this last service, he had my car detailed and thoroughly cleaned, knowing I had had surgery (with complications) and had not been able to clean my car (the way I normally do). My daughter even brought her Mercedes up here, from Oklahoma City, for service and repairs because the dealership in her area was not cooperative and were extremely rude to because her car was over 2 years old. I cannot envision myself using any other dealership for purchases/service. More
