Cliff worked me into a very packed sch I’ve used Jackie Cooper and their service department for a very long time. They always find a way to wow me! Cliff worked me into a very packed schedule because I felt my tires weren’t safe for driving. On Friday when my car was ready he called me and said that there was a storm coming in and didn’t want me to get stuck in my beautiful and clean 911 during a hail storm. He told me that if I could get there early he would have a driver drive my second car home for me (since he knew I was as in another car). That is service!!! He thought about the well being of my car before I did! More
