Two Year Maintenance Service I called to schedule the two year service appointment on my 2017 Porsche 911 about two weeks in advance. Upon my early morning arrival at the service I called to schedule the two year service appointment on my 2017 Porsche 911 about two weeks in advance. Upon my early morning arrival at the service appointment, I was greeted immediately by Cliff Jones. He was friendly and explained in detail the service to be performed on my vehicle and the cost. I received a clean Macan as my loaner vehicle. After an early afternoon call from Mr. Jones, I picked up my 911. All the service had been completed and the 911 had been washed and cleaned. It was immaculate. He again explained the service that had been performed. The entire service experience was outstanding. Great to own a Porsche! More

Not a great experience First problem encountered was that I had scheduled an on line appointment for May 10 at 7:30 am the week before and expected an email confirmation. Wh First problem encountered was that I had scheduled an on line appointment for May 10 at 7:30 am the week before and expected an email confirmation. When i did not receive it, I called on Monday May 7 and was told that no appointment was showing - so they asked when i wanted my oul change I selected 7:30 May 10. On may 7 i arrived 10 min before the appointment. They asked me go to the waiting area. Shortly after 8 i was asked if this was covered by a service contract. I told them no, that i would be paying. Thinking my car was probably almost done i waited until about 9 and went to ask what the holdup was. Was then told the mechanic who did oil changes on thirsday didnt arrive until 8 and that my car wa probably being washed. I asked if i could pay at that time. About 5 min later they came and got me and i paid. Finally the car came-it had not been washed ir vacuumed and i was told i could come back any time to get my car washed. That is not convenient. Although the rep was pleasant enough, i would have liked to have been informed when i arrived that the oul change would not start until 8 so i could decide to reschedule or get a shuttle to work. Also-please work on the on line site to appropriately schedule appointments. i have bought my last 2 cars from Jackie Cooper and expected better. More
