However once I was helped, I was impressed by the service provided. The vehicle was in for routine maintenance but I asked about getting recall repairs if the parts were available. A few minutes later the representative came back and confirmed that the parts were available and if I would be willing to add about 20 minutes to the wait time, they could do it today. Perfect! Kept me from having to return another day to have the recall work done. Another representative came in to give me the status of where my car was in the cue and when she left for lunch, she assured me that Brian would assist me if the vehicle was ready before she returned. Now that's great service! All three were professional, friendly and welcoming and the service experience was seamless between all three. More

Service personnel don’t seem to care When I arrived service advisors were sitting in their offices. They let me stand outside my vehicle for 5 minutes before some came by and asked if I h When I arrived service advisors were sitting in their offices.
