But after those few minutes the service was good point forward and was contacted quickly regarding my services & vehicle was completed in a very timely manner. I would just suggest that if the individual is not immediately available that the appointment was booked with to offer the service of another service representative. Give the customer the choice of whether they would like to wait for a specific representative or not. More
