My C 300 repair was extensive. It required my car be left at the service department for an excess of three months. The part had to be built specific for my vehicle. In consideration I decided it would be bet at the service department for an excess of three months. The part had to be built specific for my vehicle. In consideration I decided it would be better to trade my vehicle in for another. I feel like I was treated fairly given the circumstances. And I appreciate the help. More

Disappointed when I got there. Was not greeted. Had to go get someone when 5 people staring at me. I had made appointment and didn’t know why I was there. 5 hours later called about car to find out oil cha get someone when 5 people staring at me. I had told them my ha and lights in dude mirror were not working aNd they just figured out it switch was off So they just started oil change. wouldnt u check that first. More
