There was no issue resolved! You contact me for the money, you contact me for repairs and pick ups you contacted me for your first review for the sale! And you have not contacted him or resolved anything! You can lie for the media but I have proof for everything I say! You previously responded to my great review so Nicely now I’m not a customer lol! You guys are a joke worst customer service ever received and I will repeat the REGISTERED OWNER WAS NEVER CONTACTED HE WAS ALSO SHOWN TO THE DOOR WHEN HE CAME UP THERE! Roberta, we are sorry to see this 2-star review after we worked together to come to an acceptable solution. To clarify, the mail offer you received was not from Jackie Cooper Imports, but from Mercedes-Benz USA. It is true, we were not able to give the official maintenance discount offered by Mercedes-Benz as they will not honor a service outside of their offer dates. Your official Repair Order is a legal document and the date cannot be changed. As our culture is one of integrity and ethics, we were not willing to do that. Instead we did go ahead and extend a refund of your money from us, Jackie Cooper Imports. The refund to you was the same even though our company will not be reimbursed by Mercedes-Benz USA, as we would if it fell under their campaign. We felt it was the right thing to do, however. If we missed something else that may have caused you to leave us this review, we kindly ask that you call our Service Manager, Denny Martin, in order to discuss it further. Have a blessed day!

You are correct, you did refund the $150, but ONLY AFTER I called back & told you that Denny Martin had refused & I was going to leave a negative review on Google. My Service Representative went BACK to Denny on my behalf. I bought a new Infiniti off the show room floor at Jackie Cooper years ago & I would give the Infiniti dealership 10 stars if I could! They were the reason I returned to Jackie Cooper, BUT the Mercedes dealership STILL gets 2 stars from me. This isn’t the 1st time they’ve treated me this way!

This is the most beautiful car I have ever seen, BUT I am in the process of trading it after only 2 years & 12k miles of owning it, because I certainly have NEVER been “wowed” by any department there! I was told things at closing that I later found out were only 1/2 true. (Ask my Service Rep, he knows the story). Because of my husband’s health, I tried to trade for the EXACT same SUV earlier this year, (same year, same class, same color, mine had less mileage) & was offered LESS than payoff after paying $10k down at closing & financing for only 4 years. Although my Service receipts reflect a complementary car wash at EACH service, this last service was the ONLY time I have received it. So, “Award winning service”?? I think not!! I won’t be back!! I will also discourage everyone I come in contact with.
