I brought my car into get warranty work done on a tire and rim, I received a loaner car which was hit while we were in the house. I gave them my 1,000$ deductible. The insurance denied the claim, When I had to get warranty work done again instead of refusing my service they took my car in on CHRISTMAS EVE (which I advised them I would be driving to see family in California that same day, was going to be a Christmas surprise) they proceeded to call me and tell me my car was ready, so when I arrived a man named DUSTIN told me they will be keeping my car until I pay for the damages on the loaner and will get $15 a day fee for the car being there and a lean was going to be placed on my car. I had already called 3x that day at any point they could of talked to me over the phone instead they bring me up there and embarrass me in-front of people by bringing me a box of all my stuff like I just got fired from a job and locked the door behind me! Mind you this is CHRISTMAS EVE!! This is the worst service I have ever received my mother even owns a Mercedes and was never talked to nor dealt with the way I was! I wish I could go back and un-buy my car because this service was so bad and I have to deal with this dealership for my warranty! I would not recommend this dealership for service my sales guy was great unfortunately the team he comes with is not!! Yes I paid for the damages, it’s the way they treated me especially when I have the money to pay for it! You don’t just take peoples cars and say now pay me! Unacceptable!!!! More
Mr. Balke has worked with me many times, and numerous test drives to help me decide on the exact car I wanted. The information he provided, mostly safety first, is much appreciated. The Jackie Cooper team worked diligently to get this car shipped in, and ready, even in the middle of a holiday. It was apparent that they intend to provide the best possible service, and represent the finest automobiles made. All while showing concerns for customer safety during this pandemic. I took my Mercedes (21,000 miles) in for routine maintenance on 9/28/2020. Oil change & brake flush upward of $530. ONE WEEK LATER, I received an offer in the mail from Jackie Cooper Imports for $15 maintenance on 9/28/2020. Oil change & brake flush upward of $530. ONE WEEK LATER, I received an offer in the mail from Jackie Cooper Imports for $150 off vehicle maintenance of $300 or more. The offer was valid for 10/1/20-11/30/20, 2 DAYS AFTER I was there. I called & Denny Martin, the Service Manager, said there was nothing they could do! More

Really, really bad warranty work! Took 2018 Boxster in to have headlights replaced under warranty. The headlights were replaced but the next day I had an error message on the dash to Took 2018 Boxster in to have headlights replaced under warranty. The headlights were replaced but the next day I had an error message on the dash to check the daytime running lights. Found that neither the left or right running lights were working. Returned vehicle back to the service center and was told by the service rep that the technician had failed to transfer a control module from each of the original headlight units to the new units. I collected the vehicle after the control units were installed but upon inspection of the lights and bumper at home, I found that the gap between the bumper and fender panels was noticeable wider on the passenger side than on the driver’s side. Looking into the issue, I found that the technician had failed to reinstall two metal spring clips that are meant to help hold together and align the bumper and fender panels. Had to return the vehicle a third time to the dealership to have this issue rectified. Very poor QC and workmanship for such a simple job. More
