Not honoring extended warranty Purchased a bumper to bumper 100,000 extended warranty, went in for service (oil change, shimmy in front end, stalls when starting when engine is cold Purchased a bumper to bumper 100,000 extended warranty, went in for service (oil change, shimmy in front end, stalls when starting when engine is cold) this week with 96,000 miles on 2015 BMW X-6. Front rotors are warped, need to be replaced, will not honor warranty because front brake pads still have "life" left in them!? Every mechanic in the world knows you never replace rotors and put old brake pads back on, not on a $20,000 car or on this $80,000 X-6. By the way, this is also the first brake job on this vehicle, which means that the brakes pads are older also. Stalling is caused by transmission software needing updating according to tech, guess what, again not covered under warranty even though it is a safety issue and engine issue while under extended warranty. They sell you these expensive warranties promising bumper to bumper coverage and then they find BS reasons to NOT honor the warranty. This is my 5th BMW, but it is also my last one. Final nail, had for three days, go to pick up and they didn't even wash it, which is one of their staples. NEVER AGAIN!! More

Gary helped me… I was allowed to walk around and look at all of the cars without being followed around and talked to while doing so. And from the very beginning when we began talking, Gary never pressured m all of the cars without being followed around and talked to while doing so. He sent me home with a beautiful, clean, and full gas tank for my new BMW! More

Painless buying experience I did not feel taken advantage of and I know I got a great deal. Mike was my salesman and he was wonderful. Purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and immediately observed rock chips on the hood and doors. The dealership stated that vehicles receive damage during transport, however the damage was no immediately observed rock chips on the hood and doors. The dealership stated that vehicles receive damage during transport, however the damage was not disclosed, new vehicle, upon sale as required by law. The dealership misrepresented the vehicle regarding the features, stated it had the M3 engine when it only had M3 badging on the steering wheel. The dealership admitted that they misrepresented the vehicle and initially stated they would reprogram the computer to increase the horsepower. However after avoiding me for a couple of weeks, they stated they were unable to reprogram the computer and I would have to go to an aftermarket shop. The dealership refused to take the vehicle back stating I waited too long to report the issue, although it was reported immediately. BMW corporate states the dealerships are independently owned and operated, therefore they don’t get involved. The consumer board tried to help but stated they have no power to make the dealership do the right thing. The dealership required that I finance the next vehicle to take advantage of savings. However when it was determined that I paid off the loan early they charged an additional 1000 for the next vehicle. It’s against the law to penalize a consumer for paying off a loan early, other than what may be listed in the contract. The vehicle had features that were listed but not included on the vehicle. Jackie Cooper claims to care about their customers but selling damaged vehicles without disclosure and misrepresenting vehicles to make a sell isn’t caring about your customer. Charging a consumer additional money because you didn’t get your kickback because he payed off a loan early isn’t caring about the customer. BMW is selling vehicles with known defects, so don’t assume a vehicle is problem free just because it’s new. Lastly, don’t take the word of the dealership because once you make the deal you’re stuck with the problem. More
