BUYER BEWARE...THEY MISREPRESENT THEIR VEHICLES. CHECK EVERYTHING, BETTER YET, JUST CHOSE ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!! This dealership represented their vehicle as new with 1 mile on it. It turned out to CHECK EVERYTHING, BETTER YET, JUST CHOSE ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!! This dealership represented their vehicle as new with 1 mile on it. It turned out to be used with 4200 miles on it which I didn't realized until paper work was signed. They knew that I traveled a long distance with the assumption that this was a brand new vehicle with only 1 mile on it as advertised on multiple sites, which I have pictures and proof of. I had no reason to believe it was anything but what was stated. Also there were stains on the visors and roof area, which makes sense with this being a USED vehicle, not NEW! Shame on me yes, for not being more diligent in my inspecting but I was dealing with them for almost a week via email only since they are a good distance from me and they knew exactly what I wanted and exactly what I thought the vehicle was (as advertised) so i didn't think that it was anything but what they represented it to be, boy was I wrong!! Perhaps if I would have seen a review like this prior to traveling to their dealership, I wouldn't have fallen for their obvious scam. I did exactly what they hoped someone would do, bought a USED vehicle from them under the assumption that it was brand new. And the bad thing is that I had another car in mind for about $2300 less, with just a little bit more miles on it and they knew that as well. So again, shame on me for being too trusting I guess. Now I'm just hoping that I can help someone else not to be... I would definitely suggest not even going to this dealership at all!!! But overall I would suggest being wiser than me and not trusting any dealer or salesperson and checking the vehicle over very very well before signing!!! More

First and Last I had my vehicle towed to this location for service. I explained to the Service Provider that there was a mechanical noise and that none of the gauge I had my vehicle towed to this location for service. I explained to the Service Provider that there was a mechanical noise and that none of the gauges were working. It was apparent that the vehicle needed a battery since it was towed in for service. I was notified in 3 days that my vehicle was ready for pickup with a bill of $800+. After I paid for my vehicle, I immediately noticed that gauges still were not working -- the purpose for my visit as also reflected on my receipt! The technician who drove my vehicle to the front was oblivious which was indication to me of the lack of competence of the mechanic staff. I approached the Service Provider who further showed insult to me by stating the gauges were working the day before. Absurd and Ridiculous to take $800+ for a repair and not fix the problem!! The lack of professionalism and obvious inability to service my vehicle in a manner to that which is comparable to the amount of money I paid and service I requested. More
