After speaking with Mike by phone, I drove down to Saco the next afternoon and in no time at all, a search for the vehicle I wanted was underway. One was located in New Jersey and the next morning arrangements were made so it would arrive at the Prime Dealership that evening. I returned at 1PM the next day and my car was ready. I'm giving all five stars because I thought Kyle was great to work with and the overall buying process was pretty painless. I believe I got a good deal and I'd shop with them again. I will say that the finance guy offering me GAP insurance on a three year old car which had no Gap and then starting to argue with me about why it's a good idea to buy the insurance really rubbed me the wrong way. I almost walked out on the whole thing. He probably could've talked me into some other payment increasing deal if he didn't pull out GAP insurance first. This insurance generally isn't even offered on used cars, at least at "good" dealers. So I give Kyle five stars and the finance guy 2, at least he backed off fairly quickly. More

Easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made, from test drives to paperwork. They got the car from out of state fast. The car has in perfect condition, fully fueled and ready to go. The wife and I visited Prime Volkswagon of Saco to check out a couple CC's they had on the lot with no intention to buy right away, we were 'serious lookers', but wanted to look some. We were warmly greeted by the Prime staff and enjoyed their eagerness to answer our questions, knowledge of the models and options, and their sense of humor. They have perfected the balance of being attentive but not pushy. We were given a great price on a CC Luxury edition and a fair trade in value for our 2003 Honda Accord. Everything was laid out for us in an easy to understand manner, and we enjoyed the whole experience. Looking forward to dealing with this stellar crew in the future, enjoying the CC now. More
