My husband and I met Joe Frechette in October 2010 when we came to Prime to look look at the Jetta TDI. We were not planning to buy at that time and told him that we would contact him in the spring when we we came to Prime to look look at the Jetta TDI. Joe did a nice job of keeping in touch with us without being annoying! We were very glad that he did contact us for the President sales at Prime. He told us about some of the promotional items that were going to be available, so we came to the dealership with the intent of buying a car. Joe was very helpful and answered all of our questions. When we picked out the car on Wed. Feb. 23rd, he spent a couple of hours with us to answer any questions that we had about the car. My husband had to return to work, so since I will be the primary driver of the car, Joe made sure that I did not leave the lot with questions about the features of the car. Joe was always very professional, polite and helpful. We also found everyone we met there, Mike (I believe one of the managers there), Laura Dumont (Service Advisor)and the gentleman who spoke to us about the financing (I'm afraid that I do not recall his name)to be knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. The Liberty Mutual promotion was great! We already used the sales rep. so it was an added bonus to get a discount on the insurance. We would have like to have had more information about financing the car before we arrived so that we could make our decision before buying the car. I know that as continue to use Prime to maintain our new car that the service and the people will always be first rate. I will definitely be telling my friends about Prime In Saco since I know I will be asked "Cool car! Where did you get it!" More

Wow. Fantastic service. Joe was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful without an ounce of pushy. Initially, I was not thrilled to be purchasing a new car, as I loved my old car, but by the end I was ex and very helpful without an ounce of pushy. Initially, I was not thrilled to be purchasing a new car, as I loved my old car, but by the end I was extremely happy with my decision and my purchase of a 2011 Jetta Sportwagen. Joe encouraged me to test drive two different models and sat patiently with me while I reasoned out the pros and cons of buying new. (He also graciously sat through stories of my son vomiting in my old car and why I felt I needed a leatherette interior.) He gave me all the information I needed about my new car, set up my radio stations and set up the first check up for the car. Great guy to work with. Steve was terrific also. Explained all the details, while being friendly and easy to work with. The entire process was so easy and painless, it allowed me to focus on the joy of buying a new car, without the stress and angst. Honestly, the entire crew at Prime is so friendly, it's why I bought my car there. They truly make you feel as though your business is important to them. I've been bringing my old Jetta there for years for service, and I've always been impressed with their attention to detail, their friendliness and their willingness to go the extra mile.
