Joe has been working tirelessly trying to help my mom find a specific car on a budget. Even though we couldnt find a car, Joe's effort was top notch and didn't go unnoticed. . I recently purchased a Volvo XC70 from Joe Frechette at Prime Volkswagon. Joe was the consumate professional and went out of his way to find a car that worked for me. He even delivered it to me at a remote location on a Friday night so that I could test drive it for the weekend. The whole experience was a delight. I was very pleased with how friendly and accomodating the staff at Prime VW was. I had a tight budget and less than perfect credit but they were able to make a deal work for me and now I'm driving a new 2011 staff at Prime VW was. My overall experience was this dealership left a little to be desired. I felt like I was an idiot for declining the extra insurances or benefits offered. The sales rep explained it to me at least three tim to be desired. I felt like I was an idiot for declining the extra insurances or benefits offered. The sales rep explained it to me at least three times and then sent someone else in to explain it a couple more times . Each time I told them I understood what they were trying to sell me and I declined ,they proceeded to go over it again and again ,virtually making me feel like if I didn't accept one of them than I was a complete idiot !I was almost ready to walk out of the sale . The vehicle came with sirrius radio but the code was not installed. The sales rep was supposed to obtain that but never did through the whole process of the sale (too busy trying to sell me on the other things). I requested that he give me a call with the code since I had already wasted enough time at this point. It has been over 2 weeks at this point and I still have not received it. Another thing that I was told that if I didn't go to that dealership to get my oil changed that it voided my warranty on the car . Not that I was even showed where the service dept was even located . Why am I not allowed to go to another Volkswagen dealer for maintenance???? It is over an hour to go to this dealer to begin with. More
