Right off of the bat, they offered me a very reasonable price on both the new car and for my trade in, both of which beat local competition. After negotiations, they agreed to come down a little further to seal the deal that day. The gentleman that handled the financing was very informative, helpful, and pleasant to work with. The same day delivery was exactly to my requested specifications. Overall, I was left with impressions of professionalism and willingness to meet my requirements.
