When we arrived we were greeted with a smiling person. We told them we had an appointment with Russ. They found him within seconds. We were interested in The Lincoln MKX. He had a 2015 and a 2016 pulled up near the door with keys ready for both. We took a test drive and loved the vehicle. We then went to his office to talk numbers. Buying a car is a big purchase for us, so we asked if my husband and I could go to lunch and discuss the transaction and then return with our decision. Russ gave us directions to some places to eat and as we were leaving, gave us a gift card to one of the restaurants nearby. We called him with some questions we had and he had that information for us when we returned. There was never any pressure. He was polite, down to earth and easy to talk to. I can"t say enough about our wonderful experience. We had stopped at another dealership earlier in the day, and oh my. There was no comparison. Russ located a vehicle for us in the color we wanted and we set a date to pick it up. The financing experience with Jamie, was just as professional and cordial. I will be recommending this dealership to all my friends! Thank you. More
