Jim Smith was the salesman that came out and greeted me as i looked over the trucks. He was not pushy or aggressive about making a sale but actually took the time to explain the trucks on display and answer all my questions. I told him that we were not buying just looking and he was perfectly okay with that and gave me a business card and asked if I wanted to see any other trucks. He was professional and very friendly. This was a big reason as to why i returned later that week. Also they had exactly what I was looking for in price range and model in their used car selection. When I returned and met with Jim he did not rush me or make it feel like i was being pushed into buying any vehicle I did not want. Once I had settled on the truck I wanted and we discussed pricing and trade in of my old car we met with Ben Firnkes who helped us go with the loan provider we felt comfortable with and got us a lower interest rate than we had originally been quoted by that loan provider before going to the dealership. More
