Anything Ford related will be handled at another dealership. One simple request. Do not put a license plate holder on the front. I ORDERED THIS VEHICLE, so they are not required to do this. I get the call with Michael stating a plate holder had been put on the vehicle. If I had not been waiting for this car, I would not have taken delivery. The thought of someone else driving the car I ordered and having to wait for the same car to get here, again, was not worth the wait. So they had me over a barrel. I requested a new bumper cover (The car is brand new) and they refused. Then they agreed to fix the holes. Fix? A brand new car and they want to fix the holes, they placed. What a load of crap. More
