We did a lot of research before heading to the dealership. We were greeted by Russ Sebastian after arriving at Jack Schmitt Ford. Mr. Sebastian was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the Ford Truck line. His very no pressure approach was much appreciated. He showed us several trucks answered all of our questions. Never in this process did we feel pressured or talked down to as we experienced in some of the other dealerships we visited. We can highly recommend Mr. Sebastian and will be glad to do business with him in the future. More
